激光切割加工作为一种优异的材料切割手段,激光加工因材料浪费少、在规模化生产中成本效应明显、对加工对象具有很强的适应性等优势,被越来越为钣金生产者所接受。  

在实际作业过程中,激光切割加工在厚板加工中穿孔时间占很大比重,各激光厂商纷纷开发了快速穿孔的技术,较为有代表性的是高能穿孔(炸孔),这种方法的优点是速度快,缺陷是不仅影响对小形状的加工,穿孔时注入的巨大能量使板材温度升高进而影响接下来的整体切割过程。而用小功率脉冲进行穿孔的话,时间很长,会导致切割的效率下降和单位成本的提高。

 

针对激光切割的这一问题,可以利用占空比小的高峰值脉冲激光,辅以喷射在材料表面上的不燃油以清除开孔边缘附着物,控制脉冲的合理频率边冷却边穿孔。其特点是相对炸孔虽然时间稍长,但穿出的孔径小且开孔边缘无附着物以及入热较低,便于接下来的正常切割加工,相比普通穿孔则效率提高了4倍。

 

激光切割加工中厚板时经常会遇见切割断面,这样的切割不仅成品质量受到质疑,还会伴随着过烧和严重的粘渣出现,以致体现不出高价的激光加工机区别于其他切割手段的价值。

 

对于碳钢来说改善切割断面的重要因素是控制对板材的入热并能保证激光照射部分的充分燃烧。对于不锈钢来说改善切割断面的重要因素则是光束的改良与辅助气体的有效利用。亮面切割技术是改善了发振器和喷嘴所得到的结果。

To solve the problem of laser cutting, high peak pulse laser with small duty cycle and non-fuel oil injection on the surface of material can be used to remove the attachment on the edge of the hole and control the reasonable frequency of pulse while cooling and piercing. It is characterized in that the hole diameter is small, the edge of the hole is not attached and the heat input is low, which is convenient for the following normal cutting process. The cutting section is often encountered in the laser cutting process of medium and heavy plates. Such cutting is not only of questionable quality, but also accompanied by over-burning and serious slag sticking, so that does not reflect the high price of laser processing machine different from other cutting means of value. The important factor to improve the cutting section of carbon steel is to control the heat input into the plate and ensure the full combustion of the laser irradiation part. For stainless steel, the important factor to improve the cutting section is the improvement of beam and the effective use of auxiliary gas. The bright surface cutting technique is the result of improving the vibrators and nozzles.
