激光功率的三种区域(过烧区、无缺陷区、挂渣区)


1.过烧区:当激光功率过大,造成热输入过大,使得工件的熔化范围大于高压气流所能驱除的范围,熔融金属未能被气流吹除而产生过烧。

2.无缺陷区:即激光功率处于合适的范围,这个时候的切割效果好,称之为无缺陷区。

3.挂渣区:当激光功率过小,热量不足,越靠近下边缘熔融产物的温度越低,而粘度越大,因而未能被高压气流吹除而滞留在切割面的下缘产生挂渣。严重时不能切割形成切口。

3. Hanging slag area: When the laser power is too small and the heat is insufficient, the lower the temperature of the molten product near the lower edge, and the greater the viscosity, it can not be blown away by the high-pressure air flow and can not be stuck on the lower edge of the cutting surface to produce hanging slag. Can not cut into incisions in severe cases.
