1 切缝垂直度

3 热影响区宽度

热影响区尽可能小,没有材料燃烧,没有熔化层形成,没有较多的熔渣,没有脆性断裂。

切口表面粗糙度。 他是衡量激光切割表面质量的关键。厚度小的工件比厚度大的工件容易得到较高等级的粗糙度。切割金属的同一切口表面上,中,下部分的粗糙度并不相同,靠近激光束上端表面的粗糙度最小,越往下端的粗糙度越大。对较薄工件而言,如厚度小于3mm,激光切割表面的上,中,下部分的粗糙度差别很小。激光切割表面质量等级一般以下端粗糙度为标准。这样较切合实际,也易于掌握。

The quality grade of laser cutting surface is generally the standard for the bottom roughness. This is more practical and easy to master.
